Scope of work:
Our scope was to do all construction and fit-out works for 42 villas in the LUA project, starting from the infrastructure phase to turnkey delivery. Our work covered every aspect of the project, from foundational works to fit out, ensuring a high-quality result and meeting all client expectations.

Scope of work:
85 Villas that we signed various contracts to execute MEP, Civil & fitout scope. the contract ratio was 14 months to hand over al villas to the master developer. some scopes of this! jects were done under the umbrella of the main contract (TECH construction LLC).
This project was full supervised by well-known consultant NAGA Architects

Scope of work:
we signed a contract to execute Fitout work for one of the Hotel Buildings as Gypsum board fixation for central work. the scope was completed and handed over to the main contractor.
the project's main challenge is the safety consideration since the main contractor got the Guinness world record for the longest duration without injuries.
